"Save Harmless Agreement"

This Save Harmless Agreement is a legal agreement between Samuel J. and Susan C. Shoults,
afterwards referred to as the owners of the property known as "Ravensborg" and formerly known as
"Norstead" located approximately four miles North of Knox City, Missouri in the County of Knox, and
the users and attendees of recreational events and activities that occur on this property.  This
property has been provided as a location for recreational activities, educational reenactment and
living history activities including the sport of rebated steel combat for the purposes of enjoyment,
relaxation and pleasure.

Warning!  Some of the recreational activities that occur on this property have an inherent and
obvious risk of danger or injury to participants and observing attendees.  By attending and or
participating in these activities you are assuming responsibility for your own risk.  You are not in any
way required to participate in these activities and are only doing such by your own choice and
decision. Care should be taken for yourself and your dependants and fellow attendees to minimize
risk to yourselves and each other.  This property is made available for recreational use but no
recreational services are provided or implied as being provided by the land owners named above.
Warning!

The attendee and user of the above listed owners property release the owners from any claim,
demand, action or cause of action, of any kind whatsoever, known or unknown, which the attendee
and user has or had, or could have had, on account of, or in any manner arising out of or connected
with, his or her entry and use of the owners property.

Additionally, the attendee and user is hereby officially notified of the "Missouri Recreational Use
Statute" in effect in the State of Missouri wherein the actual owners property is located which limits
the liability of owners of property within the state who allow their property to be used for "Recreational
Use".  The Statute is quoted and stated as follows:

"Missouri Recreational Use Statute

NOTE: Words "this act" appear in original rolls of both L. 1983 S.B. 162 and L. 1984 S.B. 580. The
reference probably should be to "sections 537.345 to 537.348", the section numbers assigned to
S.B. 162, 1983. S.B. 580, 1984, sought only to correct a typographical error."
